The Bad Boy 1 combines minimalist design with clever technology: The lightweight, stiff SmartForm C1 aluminum frame is equipped with an Urban Armor Bumper for extra protection in city traffic. The striking Lefty LightPipe fork is not only a visual statement, but also features an integrated SuperNova LED front light – directly in the fork leg, with a USB battery.

Belt drive & hub gears – quiet, low-maintenance, reliable

The heart of the drivetrain is the Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt drive combined with a Shimano Alfine 8-speed internal gear hub . This ensures smooth gear ratios, is virtually maintenance-free, and perfect for everyday urban use. The setup is topped off with the Gates S150 crankset featuring a 46-tooth sprocket and a 22-tooth cassette.

Hydraulic Shimano MT400 disc brakes with 160 mm rotors provide reliable stopping power – even in wet conditions or during abrupt stops.
