We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return it.
We will refund you the full amount using the same method you paid. All we ask is that the items are returned clean, unworn and with all original tags attached. If you would like to exchange a textile item from us, we kindly ask you to return the item and place a new order.
Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you will need to obtain the return label yourself.

Free returns within the country – How it works:
Step 1: Open the online returns portal
We cannot always guarantee a return, but we will do our best. Click here to create and download a return label and find your nearest post office location.
Step 2: Return Confirmation & Return Label
Print your returns label. If you don't have a printer, don't worry: most Royal Mail Delivery Offices have printing facilities. You can find the locations here or on the Royal Mail website after you've created your free label. It will be emailed to you with a QR code required. (See step 4 for more info.)
Step 3: Pack your items
Pack the items in a bag, fill in the required fields on the packing slip and enclose it. Attach the label you printed at home.
Step 4: Ship your package
Go to your nearest post office. If you didn't print a return label, show the email confirmation with the QR code. The post office will print and attach the label for you. Check your email confirmation before going to the post office to make sure the QR code is visible. If you don't see the QR code, it could be due to your email provider. Check your email settings or try using an alternate email address.

Please keep your proof of posting until you have received your refund.
