Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs: €4.99 for bicycle parts and €49.99 for bicycles. You must arrange and pay for the return label yourself.

To initiate a return, you can easily register it online. Please ensure that returns are sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union – 14-day Withdrawal
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union.
