Where does Enterprise ship?
We currently deliver exclusively within Germany. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us by email.
Standard Delivery
- Bicycle deliveries are made within 6–8 business days for €69.99.
- Delivery of bicycle parts is within 2–4 business days for €5.99.
- All orders placed after 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
- Someone must be available to receive the goods during this period. A signature is required.
- Damaged packages must be signed for as “damaged.” Claims may be invalid if the corresponding notation is missing on the delivery proof. All inquiries must be reported to customer service within 48 hours.
Express Delivery
- Express delivery is available exclusively for bicycle parts.
- Delivery within 1–2 business days for €29.99.Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for express delivery, subject to payment processing.
- All orders placed after 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
- Someone must be available to receive the goods on one of the two delivery days. A signature is required.
